Here are (most of) my current film cameras: Top row (L to R): Argus C3, Nikormat FTN, Nikon N80 Middle row: Brownie, Nikon Photomic, Nikon FG20, Canon Rebel-X Bottom Row: Kodak Pony, Nikon N80, Nikon F2 All of these cameras work, except for the Pony and the Brownie. Not pictured: my other F2, and an ailing Nikon F100 that is headed to ebays for parts. I learned on an Canonet GIII QL17, and that's on my wish list, along with about 10 others, LOL.
And it weighs about like a brick!! Yeah, the Argus is a cool little machine. The gadget on top is a (not working) light meter, but the actual camera works just fine. Only trick is that cocking the shutter and advancing the film are two different actions, so it's easy to create accidental double-exposures!
