Portrait Photographers, what are your favorite websites?

[lepierce3]

So I’ve been looking all around for some good websites aimed at portrait photographers. I don’t know if there is such a thing, but if anyone has a forum, or a blog, or any type of website that they visit often, I’d love to check it out. So post your favorite websites, Even if they are not specifically for portrait photographers

Flickr is a wealth of everything you want to look at-good bad and everything in between.
For technique? There are several forums out there that have great information on them. ILP, Rock the Shot, Clickin' Mom's (it's not all mom's, that was just how it started) check out their blog, PhotoCamel (in particular look for Benji's post on the 40 rules of portraiture.) Pinterest can be a great source of inspiration.
