What's new

Post your favorite shot from your most recent roll

I recently sent my Minolta XD-11 to Garry's Camera Repair for it's first CLA since I bought it 5 years ago. There was nothing wrong with it, I just figured a fine camera like this one could use a bit of TLC. Put a test roll of Fujifilm400 through it using either my Tokina 28-105mm or Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm. The Vivitar was on the heavy side, but I was also using my winder, which gave me pretty good purchase. Anyway, the shots came out fine and here's a sampling. I was just shooting to get through the roll and see if there might be a problem; not that I was expecting one. Garry has done a number of my film cameras and they've all functioned perfectly. Most of these shots were taken on a very pleasant Ground Hog's Day.

Shot this last fall and only had it developed recently. It's a fairly moody scene, which I quite enjoy. Shot on my Yashica Electro 35 GSN with expired Kodak Gold Bright Sun 100. I'm new to this forum, so glad to see there is some discussion of film on here as it's very near and dear to my heart.

Welcome to the forum, always good to see another film aficionado!
Nice evening colours on this.

Took the Pentax LX out on an unusually warm February day, and wandered over to the County Seat's park. Folks were out and about enjoying the day. Film was Porta400 and lenses were either a Tokina 28-105 or a Tamron AF 70-300.

Shot with my Minolta Maxxum 9/Kodak Gold200/Minolta AF 75-300. My neighbors' cow and calf. This is the first time I've ever used the onboard flash. The Pileated Woodpecker was at the feeder. Shot through the kitchen window.

There are no large, natural lakes in Pennsylvania. We dam up rivers and creeks, and in the winter drain them as a flood control measure. This creek will become the 8.5 mile long Sayer's Lake in May. Pentax Program Plus/fujifilm400/Tamron AF 70-300mm.
