In my opinion, I like the first pic better because the skins tones are more realistic. Warm tones can look nice, just side by side with the original, I'm not loving the yellow cast.

Here is your original with some fill light to light up the face. The teeth and eyes don't need manipulation, imo. Just a perspective. The reds have been boosted and the overall vibrance is boosted.

yes is missing some fill light on her face.. #1 is by far the best #2 is just very orange not natural.. I would of have love to see her hand focus

Heya! What a beautiful little girl. Great photo although how out of focus her hand is really distracts me from her face.
