Prank to Tradition

From my walk this morning: On the night of 12-17-1966 students from Wash U's school of architecture climbed the McDonnell Planetarium (St. Louis Science Center) and packaged it up for Christmas with a ribbon and bow. The planetarium is prominently visible from the main east west highway (64). The city loved the prank, the media loved the prank, and the Science Center loved the prank and the Science Center has put on the ribbon and bow every year since. Oly Pen E-PL9 w/14-42mm
