Adorama TV, On YouTube, has some really good video tutorials. The people who make the Sekonic brand of photographic light meters have some really good educational materials in video form. B&H Photo from New York has some really good videos on YouTube. There is also a Seattle-based company that offers half day to 3-day video tutorial segments, and it is called creativelive.com

There are some really good videos on YouTube, and some really bad ones too.

It depends on how you like to learn. To be able to pick and read topics of interest go to CambridgeinColour.com , which has excellent tutorials online. You can buy an (E)Book like Tony Northrups "How to Create Stunning Digital Photography" available on Amazon. In addition to the written chapters there are several hours of youtube tutorials. I like the exercises at the end of each Chapter. You can also get onto their facebook page and see other readers work and post your own pictures for critique. If you are looking at something much more formal, take a look at your local community college. The are also some online schools like TheSchoolofPhotography.com . Good Luck.
