IMO your main light was to high.
The shadow from his nose has crossed his lip line so far his nose is casting a shadow on his teeth.
His facial mask has a reddish cast particularly noticeable on the camera right side of his face. Having his head tilted to the low/near shoulder is a feminine posing attribute.
He is leaning slightly backwards which also diminishes his masculinity. I would suggest having him 'stand tall' and lean forward just a bit from the waist.
I get the impression that a larger modifier (or getting the lights much closer) would improve both the main and camera right kicker light quality.
