Eyes could use a bit of brightening, imo.

What method is best to brighten the eyes i'm not too savvy with PS but I'm pretty good with LR. Also when you say brighten the eye do you mean just the iris and pupil or the whole eye socket in general? Thanks!

It can be done with LR but I use PS because it is much more precise and orderly and fixable (when I screw up)

First, select the eyes in any way you want I start with quick select tool (keyboard W)

The copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl V)
That will bring the selection, the eyes, to a new layer. (see layer 1 below)
Then add a brightness adjustment layer above that.
Then Right-click on the adjustment layer; this creates a 'clipping mask' so that any changes you make on the brightness layer will affect ONLY the layer below.

When you click on the clipping mask option, the title of the layer will move to teh right and you'll see that little clipping mask icon.

The wonder of this is, if you go too far and make it the bright eyes of a demon woman, you can lower the opacity of that brightness layer.

LR is fast but is not precise.
PS is precise and infinitely powerful, especially if you need to use a mask.
