I like the composition and the lines in this a lot, but that big bright railing in the foreground is a problem for me. I think you want the brightly lit wall to the left of the person to be the most prominent highlight. I would crop bottom and left to get rid of some of the railing (and to avoid having it come exactly from the corner) and try to darken the rest. This shouldn't require elaborate masking because it is so much brighter than the surrounding areas - just use a curves adjustment layer to drag the top quarter of the curve down a bit and mask out the other fairly bright parts of the image.

Strong image! I initially also thought the brightness of the rails at the foreground grabbed my attention too much, but, it's actually helpful I think - it gives the eye a starting point in the image and then leads into the main subject with help of the other converging lines.

I think it works!
