Promo Shoot - Dacryma

I did a promo shoot for the band of one of my friends, Dacryma. Was a first for me and well I'm not big on studio work either. It is from last year but as the band splited just after the shoot just got around to finish the editing now.

I think these would all have benefited from some directional light. I assume this is a hard rock band? If that is the case making them look more "dark" would help.

To edit? Photoshop, played around with the color curves.

Ok, cheers, I usually play with the light curves, will have to see about color curves.

I'd also work on the background in #2. The left side seems brighter than the right side, which appears kind of grey. And the guy on the left's arm is kind of fading into the background while the guy on the right's arm isn't.

It's not too noticeable, but the symmetry of their position really makes me want to see it balanced on both sides.



Something like this maybe? Idk I'm not very good at Photoshop. It might look a bit cheesy lol. I do still think the right and left side need to match, though.

well i made the color **** on purpose in the first place, but in square fit it looks better IMO (see the EP cover : http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/5N_LQLrHqG4/maxresdefault.jpg )
