I thought of this while responding to another thread, but didn't want to hijack that one so i'm posting up a new one. Theres a location I see when I ride the light rail here in denver that I want to shoot at badly. It's an old car shop garage that has tons of awesome graffiti, even old barrels that have good graffiti all over. problem is, its all fenced off and chained up. How can I go about locating who owns it to see if I could gain access for a shoot?

In Canada I would go do a land title search. That will usually give the owners name and contact info.

public records - title search, if you have the address try goggle it might tell you and give a phone #.

If you have an idea of the approximate cross streets then do an search for car shops if it is active. Should be a matter of using Dex for it.

Call your county courthouse, they'll have the listing in that location for tax purposes, best to have address tho.
