PS assistance

I have been trying for several days to photoshop out the blemishes and lines in PS, but I end up making it worse. I want to maintain the ton as much as posible. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

careful use of the clone tool should be able to get out a lot of it though it would take some time...

It was just a quick run through.. There are a few little things I let go by.. But mainly clone - burn - dodge

So does the dodge and burn kinda fix the imperfections from the cloning?

Yeah, I pretty much use Dodge and burn to fix the " highlights " of cloning.

I never thought of using those tools for that. Clever!
