Going to the pub for my girlfriends birthday tonight. She wants some photos with her family so any advice on settings for my Lumix FZ38 would be much appreciated !

How long have you had this camera for? Just throw the thing in Auto and take shots. I'm sure she's asking for memory purposes, not artistic.
