QQ - you know that thingy that Canons have?

tracky thingy - do you mean constant autofocus that recalculates the focus constantly to track moving subjects?

If so then yes Nikon certainly have it and I would assume other brands have it in their DSLRs as well (in fact before you said sony didn't have it I assumed it was a standard DSLR feature most had)

Yep i mean that thing!
Well im pretty sure my sony doesnt have it, does it only work on "sports" mode or somthing? cause i always shoot in aperture priority...
But the canon i borrowed i was just usuing it in the automatic sports mode...

Read your manual is all I can say.
Anything that works in an auto mode should also be an option for manual or aperture priority mode - you just have to know how to activate it. Look up auto focus modes and control in your manual and have a see

Focus mode option, I use it shooting birds - on a Nikon it's called AF-C (for consinuous). With Nikon you also have 3D tracking on some models.

According to dpreview, even Sony A-200 has these listed in the Specifications.

Focus modes:
• Single-shot AF
• Direct Manual Focus
• Continuous AF
• Automatic AF
• Manual focus

Auto Focus:
• TTL CCD line sensors (9-points, 8 lines with center cross-hair sensor)
• EV -1 to 18 (ISO 100) detection range
• Predictive focus control for moving subjects
• Auto-tracking focus point display

You may want to double check your camera manual and see.

I believe that you mean AI Servo focising. Its should be in your manual. This is the entry from the manual for my 50D...
