Quantum Turbo batteries

Q-flashes are some of the most powerful and portable battery powered flashes, but i hate there batteries. Out of all the gear at our studio, they fail more than all the other gear combined. This last weekend we had another q-turbo battery fail spontaneously, and i'm getting sick of it. They dont hold enough of a charge, they have a short life-span, and are unreliable.

I've heard that lumidine used to make a q-flash battery that was 10x better, but that they have discontinued it. Does anyone know of a good third party q-battery?
