Will any Canon lens extenders work with a prime 24mm f/1.4?

And what about any reasonable aftermarket extenders?

Thanks.

None of the canon lens extenders will, but I believe there is a possibility that some off-brand models may - though I couldn't point to any specific models.

"Note: This lens is only compatible with fixed focal length L-series lenses 135mm and over, as well as the EF 70-200/2.8L, EF 70-200/2.8L IS, EF 70-200/4L, and EF 100-400/4.5-5.6L."

From:

Canon U.S.A. : Consumer & Home Office : Extender EF 2x III

Teach a man to fish vs. give a man a fish.....

Edit: The above is actually out of date, and some newer zooms like the 70-200mm 2.8L IS II are also compatible. You get the idea though, and they don't work on non-telephotos.

Just out of curiosity, why even bother? If you already have the 24mm 1.4 then you're better off getting a 50mm 1.4 or 1.8 then putting a converter on a 24mm....
