Question for Digital Wedding Photogs using a Canon system..

I have been looking and trying to decide on a Canon wedding lens, L glass is fine......currently I have a 50 MM 1.8 that works great, but at times I feel I need a little more focal length.

For low light situations, churches with no flash and dark wedding receptions....what lens are you using? what lens would you recommend?

Canon 85mm f/1.8 It's a great lens, and won't break the bank.

I am a Nikon shooter but I agree with Matt 85 1.8 I have the Nikon version. If you do not want to break the bank as you say that is pretty much where you should go. Other wise try the 70-200 2.8 IS or the I'm not sure of the Canon equivalent but Nikon has a 17-55 2.8 that is an extremely nice lens both of them are excellent additions to any wedding photographers bag but both exceed $1000.
