Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I'm quitting (insert job/school) and going to open my new photography business in my mom's basement. I have everything I need,

Nikon D40 w/18-55 lens and some shop lights my dad got at sears.

I have little to no experience, no art education and I'm not sure what all the functions on my camera do.

How do I get customers?

can anyone direct me to a site where serious aspiring wanttobe photographers can learn more about the art and less about becoming a pro?

Two questions..... were you home schooled? Is there an abundance of livestock in the area?

no, my parents work very hard to pay for my schooling but I don't like my teachers and want to stop.

I like turtles!

There are some people who could do just that and be more successful photographers than some people on this forum with 3x the money in gear.

What where you taking in school? I hate the one to say this, but you should prob stay in school. Don't cut off your supply lines

oh yes! good idea, I will put up an ad for my professional photography on Facebook, very professional!

First step - correct your spelling errors. It's "wannabe" photographers...

No doubt gear does not make the photographer BUT understanding HOW the GEAR YOU HAVE works does!

This is a paradoy of the ridiculous threads that seem to demand attention lately....not to be taken seriously.

I can't help but think this is a 'tongue in cheek' thread from the OP. ;)Nobody can be that clueless, especially given the responses other similar threads have received on this forum.

(edit: ^^^^ you beat me to it!)

For future, er,,, threads of this kind please use the

Tongue in Cheek

section :)

Well good luck then, i kind of feel sorry for your parents who worked hard to pay for your school, for nothing in the end.
