Actually the 13 has a good history. MILW 2031(GP40) SOO 2031(GP40) KCS 4738(GP40-3) KCS 2815(GP40-3) PRLX 2815(GP40-3) BB 13(GP40-3)
I remember that Motor when It was delivered still in KCS Grey Ghost scheme.
