Well I am back :) !!

I had a shoot on a 2013 Ford Mustang V6 and my buddy arrived right on time. I got there 25 min early. Ounce he pulled up it started to drizzle and of course the weather in Florida changed from beautiful to disgusting in seconds. I recently got my new Nikon D7000 and tried to get as many shots as I could before it down poured and these are the shots I got. Tell me what you think!!

I did some work in Lightroom and Photoshop CS6 and did a tad bit of HDR Toning.

And my favorite and the last shot I got before the sky opened up and poured.

Some good work, but I think a polarizing filter and additional light would have helped a great deal especially in images such as the last one.

They are a definate improvement over the last sets you had posted. and I agree with tirediron. if you would have had some lighting equipment available to you. you could have gotten some great shots.

Are the flares in the first pic real or fake? I like 2,3, and 6 but personally i would've turned the wheel to the right on 6 so you can see the wheel instead of the tire. It might be my screen but I think the last one is a little bit under exposed? Definitely an improvement but some are still a bit centered. Good job and keep shooting!:D

Thanks guys for all the tips the last picture I made that dark on purpose to give it a dark stormy mood feeling but I can lighten it up.

Nice work with the angles I'll echo what others have said about extra lighting. You can have that dark moody look in the clouds but with a little flash, keep the car exposed properly.

Keepshootin.

You did "okay" I think with such an ugly car. Man...who in the HECK designed that hideous front grillework and bumper? zOMG...as a longtime Mustang owner, and long-time fan of the car, I have to say, the team that came up with this model year's entire front-end look needs to be fired. And sent to work for Chevy. Anyway, I think car photos might be the single most-difficult kind of pics to make.

I attempted to lighten up the image in Lightroom and Photoshop CS6 Tell me what you think. All Images of cars are always shot in RAW.

Photographing 6-cylinder Mustangs would violate MY principals....but you did it well ..lol

Its a bit better but you lightened the WHOLE image. Only the car needs more luminance. :D

I agree, and I think the same advice/feedback was given on his previous car shoot as well; perhaps he likes the look of the tire? :D

This is sort of what I mean. But in all reality this needs a re-shoot with some extra lighting to make the car stand out against the background and put some detail back into the darkest areas.

If you're not going to reshoot, try selecting the car and put this in another layer so you can adjust the background and the car separately to have more control.
