Well, you asked for it.

They are too centred. In most of them, the subject is right in the middle, with a bunch of wasted space around them. I think they would be better if you zoomed in or cropped much closer.

As for the B&W, some of them could use some more contrast.

Not just that, but the photos don't have anything really special about them. They just look like normal shots. Maybe trying some poses and backrounds. Good Luck!

Yeah...they were just random shots at school. Most of the people in them are going to come over this weekend and go to the park for some nice pics.

I would take your subjects outside and try to play around with the composition a bit. I saw your other shots you just posted on another thread, and you are really making progress!!! Get photoshop and play around with the contrast and I bet you will come up with some really neat pics.

It should be helpful. As far as contrast, I do agree with the others. You want your blacks to be black and your whites to be white.
