Random thought for the day...

I loathe selective coloring. :thumbdown: I have yet to see any that I like. Am I missing something? I had CASA- Court Appointed Special Advocates, ask me to shoot them and do some selective coloring. I did it, but dang. Anyhow.... That is all.

Like everything, it has its place. I've seen some that are quite nicely done, and others that are atrocious

I was meeting with a friend and his soon to be wife that had asked me to do their engagement photos. I urged them to hire a professional, and told them I was just an amateur, but they insisted and I graciously accpeted.

During our preliminary visit, whilst I was getting and idea of what they wanted and discussing locations the "wife" asked me to do a couple of shots in selective color.

I slammed my hands down on the table, threw my pint glass through the nearest window, stood up and shouted "HELL NO! NOW GET THE **** OUT OF MY HOUSE!!!"

Then I realized I just threw a glass through my window, and I was bummed.







Actually I agreed to her request to do the selective color, but also offered alternatives. She's the client, She's the boss.
