Rawtherapee help please!!

I can not for the life of me find anything to help me. Just downloaded rt and wanted to see how it works to send to editor (gimp in my case). But everytime I select send to editor, it brings up a message about preferences. Confused, please help.

It was saying to find file in preference, I finally figured it out. Sorry for the wasted tread space. BTW bitter I have wondered since I have been on the forum, Is your avatar a picture of you? Random I know.
