Re-sizing a gif?

I have a small gif image that I would like to make into my avatar, but it's not quite small enough...how do I resize it? I opened it up in PS and it said something about only being able to view one frame at a time, and losing information, so I didn't do it. Can anyone tell me how to do it?

There is a site, I think it's www.gifworks.com or www.gif-works.com....I have the link on my computer at work.

It allows you to upload a gif file and edit a few things like size. I have been using it for years to shrink avatar gif files.

FYI in the future Image Ready (bundled with PS) can do this

You can even create your own animated gif's if you have the time/patience.
