Re-sizing / cropping in Photoshop (Elements)

I want to make an 11x14 print of an image I have in Photoshop Elements 7.

I thought I could just crop it to this ratio, but the options only go up to 8x10.

Is there an easy way to ensure that my image will be appropriately proportioned for an 11x14 print?

Can't you just click on the crop tool and then type the dimensions into the boxes on the toolbar? (I've never used elements)

If not, try this:

Open a new document that is 11X14, place your photo in it. Use the free transform tool to resize and align the photo to fit the page size and be cropped the way you like. Flatten and save image. That is assuming that elements works the same way as CS3.
