You've obviously never been to the Rio Grande Valley. We don't have to shoot the immigrants. They do a fine job of shooting each other, and everyone else.

And according to the IRS, since 2008 Maine has suffered a net migration loss of 5,124 households and over $44 million in tax revenue lost.

I've never been west of Houston.

Yes Maine has certainly suffered but as have most other manufacturing based states. Out primary industry was pulp & paper but it has been on the decline since most is now imported.

Are you basing your argument on economics?

Did you read the first post of the thread? That will answer your question. Economics is just a piece of the pie.

But yet you didn't mention anything about the crime rates, or the intolerance, or the education. Seems to me as if you are only pointing out the good stuff and not the bad.
