Recomendations

Hello, im new to these forums.

Can anybody recommend a camera for someone who is new to learning. It has to have excellent IQ and continuous shooting mode. Im looking to spend up to £500 today and would like to here your suggestions please.

Would any of these cameras be suitable for taking modeling shoots and sports shots to use for printing?

Which if any would you recommend?

Sony A3 50
Cannon EOS 1000D
Cannon EOS 450D
Panisonic Lumix G1


Im so confused on which to get and the shops open in a couple of hours
