Recommend Backdrop

Since I'm going to have a big classy studio, well, not that big and classy, I'm looking for a backdrop. I thought about buying a table cloth in Target or Walmart, unless someone suggests something better, more expensive and more durable. Any recommendation?

Seamless paper Can be had for not a whole lot of dough...A 9 foot roll cost me 50$ at Pro Photo Supply here in Portland..they come in like "2billion" colors as well.

Thx. Just wonder how can I clean it once it gets dirty? I don't think I can put in the washing machine, or it gets ruin pretty bad.

A roll of 107" or 53" seamless paper is 12 yards long.

You just cut off the dirty part and roll out more fresh paper.

If you will be photographing people, you need them to be away from the background, which requires a wider background.
For full body shots a person(s) being photographed need to be 6 to 8 feet or more from the backdrop.

Grey, Great balanced background.. if you want a black background you bring the models forward and lower the lights, want a light grey/blue you see in fashion shoots move them nearer the paper and everything inbetween, lighter or darker the shades.

with white, gets dirty alot and can clearly see any damage or blemish in the paper making it increasingly expensive when you roll out the paper again and again, and black paper Takes alot of light out of the images and should be only used to create a certain mood, i'd not like to be left with only black

Grey is my personal preference from all studio work I've done
