Recommendations on a light meter

I would like to get a light meter. I would like one that will do everything (ie ambient, flash, incident). My price range is about ~$300.

I've been looking at the Minolta VF and the Sekonic L-358.

I need recommedations on these or other light meters that are easy to use and are a good bang for the buck.

i like the 358

IF your a student you can get it from sekonic for 200$ USD

Auto meter Vlf is a great meter and is very low priced. It gives you pretty much all you need.
