Red-shouldered Hawk

I spotted this magnificent hawk while driving down the road so I stopped for a pic. He was in the shadows of the trees so the ISO was really up there @ 6400. He was in the process of stepping off the branch to go after something when I snapped this.

Beautiful shot! I like the comp and colors, and the lighting is good as well. The ISO noise does not detract from this.
