Resizing Pics

Hi I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to change to size of my pics. When I try to make it smaller it just goes blury. I have ' Jasc After shot'

Joanne, I resized these two images by going to Image -> Resize on the toolbar. Is that what you are doing? Make sure you're viewing the image at 100% size too. It says if it is zoomed right above the image.

Are your results worse than that?

PS: I did not take that picture. It is one of the sample files that came with After Shot
