Restore CF

Any body can help me? My CF can't be read by card-reader and even it's detected "no image" in camera. But I believe there are still a lot of pictures since when the camera is switched to shooting mode the counter shows the number picture which has been shot and when it's switched to format card menu it shows that card 70% used. How to back-up the pictures and restore the card? FYI, all pictures have been succesfull transfered but some can't be opened in my laptop.

It sounds like the files are corrupted. If you've transfered tham and can't view them, not much you can do without software.

RescuePro by SanDisk is great recovery software. I have personally used and referred other that have purchased and been very happy.
