This image was shot back in 2012 and decided to revisit to re-edit since my editing skills have improved since it was first taken.

Everything here is how it was seen, sky nor stars are fake.

Really? Are you talking about the whole frame or something in particular? I backed down off of the noise reduction (not sure why it was as high as it was) from the original.

Improvements were the stars being brought out more than the original and backing off of noise reduction.

the buildings in that edit are at least sharp.

entire image appears like you added glaussin blur.

Interesting, good point out. May have to go see what's causing that, since I didn't add a blur to the image.
