Not bad; nice, solid set. My only real nit is that you should have had him drop his chin a bit more.

In all seriousness though I think #3 is probably the best of the lot. The guy has some sort of a birthmark that when he smiles it goes right into the crease of his cheek and it's just kind of weird. #4 is probably the best of the smiling shots but not a fan of the undone collar.

Nice set, very encouraging for me. Did you use one speedlight or one strobe? Did you use some light behind him?

I used 2 speedlights (Yongnuo 560III) with umbrellas. One main light, and one fill. None behind him (though I would have if my other flash didn't break).
