So with this pick I was trying to get accross the the fact that my son was alone against the other players, he was getting ready to pile through the defensive line.. again i would appreciate feedback, i havent cropped the pic which I would jhave given the time but i am curious to see if it convays anything to you or if it is onnly me as I know the contecx - hope thast makes sense !

I totally understand the look you were going for, but as someone who has played organized soccer since age 7, to me it just looks like he was left out of drills that the rest of the team were doing. To concur with what you said though, crop out the empty left-hand side. Also, try the shot next time (if you have the opportunity) with a shallower DoF on your son so the kids across the way look like a large, faceless, intimidating line of opposition. Definitely a nice concept you devised though.

It would help if we could see that he has the ball. Seems like a strange drill, but then I have never watched children this age play rugby.

He have the same haircut as I did as a child I am glad that haircut didn't stay with me though!
