Sara sports shoot...

Care to post setup?

This setup consisted of 3 Broncolor Senso 21 kits which are pack and head type units. The key light was in a 5ft. ProPhoto umbrella with no diffusion, this was set camera left angled toward the model. The back light was done with a a 20in beauty dish and a 20 degree honeycomb grid then raised to about 9ft and angled downward. The fill light was a large ProPhoto softbox to camera right also angled toward the model.

That's exactly what I figured but just wanted to be sure ;)

Sounds like they finally got you guys some decent modifiers to work with instead of only tiny sources used to light full-length people shots. The results in this session are night and day different than the results from the earlier two classes. The difference is remarkable. I recall how harsh and dark the earlier two class sessions were.

Nice job all around and nice rim lighting. I'm not a fan of #3 for 2 reasons: the pose is awkward and her stomach is extended in this. For #5, this would be a great lighting set-up and pose for a sport tank and shorts image with beaded water converted to B&W 9just incase your mind gets thinking of more poses).

I completely agree and I appreciate your help along the way...
