Right hand on the bottom keys, left hand on the top.

It certainly looks like he is holding right hand on the bottom and left hand on top, which would be the correct way to hold a sax.

I'm 99% sure he's holding it with left hand on top, right hand on bottom. The neck of the sax is IN FRONT of his left hand/wrist, if YOU look closely...:greenpbl:

maybe that was his point, to make it unclear so as to show the abstract and emotion of the player

Maybe, but wouldn't then just the player be blurry? In this case, everything's blurry including the balcony.
