SB-400

Im looking into getting a Flash for my d40 and im interested in either the sb-400 or the sb-600.

Has anyone used these flashes? Which one wold you buy for some family indoor shots as well as sports, So i guess a good all around flash.


This will be my first flash so i have no idea what im looking for, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

The sb-600 is a lot more versatile than the sb-400 but it is significantly bigger.
