Seawall on a Dreary Day

Long exposure and UWA practice shots last night in the rain. Still trying to figure out both. My keeper rate was pretty abysmal, but I sort of liked this one. Feedback always appreciated!

I am not fond of the tip of the jetty ending at the horizon line. I would like to see more water at that point. You need to open up your blacks...as this tends to draw the eye there and not to the more important elements of the scene.
