Definitely an improvement over #1; I actually rather like this, and the only thing that keeps it from being a really nice capture is the building lower-right. When you're framing an image, look for things that don't belong; elements that don't "work". There's a lot more that you could do with this, but I'll assume that you're still new to post-processing as well...

this photo is is a great raw material! using it you can do much more!

you should edit the photo! the main concentration should be the color, brightness ,etc.

Thanks to both of you. I dont know how to edit photos just yet so what you see is how I took it. I am concentrating just on taking them correctly for now then i will learn to edit when I get better. My question is does everyone edit before posting pics? cause I dont know how yet. Sorry. I just need to work on composition more than editing right now. By the end of the month I might begin editing somewhat.
