Second Wife... Well second set of first wife

Rotate the camera 90 degrees would be my suggestion, and increase the distance between the wall and her, to throw the backdrop even more out of focus. Portraitlightingdot net is a fgood web site that goes into some good portraiture fundamentals, and has a pretty good explanation of the mask, as mentioned by Aye-non Oh-non Imus, in a shot of a man who is in his early to mid-50's and who has a rather round face. The author of the web site shows examples of where only the mask of the facde is lighted, and the sides and under-chin areas are allowed to go into shadow, versus a shot where the entire neck, cheeks, and side of the head are lighted about as much as the mask of the face. After seeing the side-by-side photos, it becomes a very clear concept.
