Self Portrait C&C

I never really thought of trying a self portrait because I dont have a tripod and I forgot the camera had a timer haha, but I finally did one. It's my first self portrait so C&C please. Thanks

I think its nice, You are beautifull, i like the natural feel of the shot, the picture is sharp, in focus, compostion is good. i like the black and white conversion
the only thing is i would like to see it cropped a little less tight around the head just too see what the difference would be.

When making his picture black and white, did you set to monochrome in the camera? or was this done in post. I would like to see the lips have a bit more presence in the picture, then sort of fade into the skin tones.
