Self portrait

[shortpants]

Haven't done one in a while (years!) This was a quick first edit out of a set. C&C welcome of course.

[Robin Usagani]

just the dark area on the left blends with your hair. Really not sure what your hair looks like. Also on poses like this, try not to put it too centered. It is probably better if you put your head more on the left side of the frame.

[shinkee]

Good contrast and detail

All of the dark area is my hair, yup it looks a mess. Definitely not easy positioning myself without a remote!

[cgipson1]

would love to see more!

I like the way in which you portrayed yourself; but the tuft of hair on the forehead is a bit troublesome

Regards

Thanks for the feedback, pay more attention to hair will be noted
One more, nothing noteworthy. Will shoot again another day.

Please let your hair be shampooed and wind blown.....

Mmkay

Please let your hair be shampooed and wind blown.....

And let your legs be shaven and oiled!

Wait, what?

Nice shots, shortpants. You do indeed have short pants, so I find your name to be quite fitting.

If the camera is stationary on a table or tripod, you could slow your shutter a bit to bring up the exposure. That would probably add to your next set of photos. Keep shootin'!

[Robin Usagani]

she shot it at 1/20 and 1/30 already bro.

Yeah, I know. That's why I said "If the camera is stationary" Broseidon, Lord of the Brocean. Drag that shutter like a mother drags her kids to the supermarket.

[shortpants]

oh dear god my legs are shaved, I'm never posting a picture of myself again

Agreed about exposure, well really it was the lighting. My face was getting the most light and then it fell off toward the background. Will shoot some more. With pants on
