in this case I prefer the B&W as you can see the water droplets much easier.

Colour, because I usually prefer colour unless a conversion is needed to save the image.

My vote for the B&W. It seems to draw the viewer into the eyes more. I also think monotone add a darker mood to a portrait, which suits the expression in this image

I like the b&w! It's a Very moody shot and the monochrome enhances that feel.
