serious opinion needed

I'm saving up for a digital camera. I'm saving up for this one right now.

I need your guys opinions on if that would be a good camera to learn how to use manual controls and other beginner stuff. I don't want to spend more than $200 to start off. The reason I need your opinions is because I found a fisheye for that camera. I wanted to get a fisheye for the camera eventually.

Well, the fisheye is on sale for $32.95. Normally sold for $139.95. I could get the fisheye now to save a bunch of money. I could just save some more money until I could afford the camera.


By the way, I'm going to be using it for general photography and maybe some sports.

Lacks aperture priority, shutter priority, and although it's not listed on there I doubt it has any manual control either.

I would suggest looking at a 35mm film SLR...or just save your money until you can afford a proper digital camera.

If your goal is to learn photography and expand your photographic horizon...a $200 digital camera will probably be a waste of money.
