Shaking off the dust...

Hi everyone! I came across this forum while perusing the internet. I am hoping that I can find a home here to share, learn, and grow.

It's been too long since I had my camera out, and since I have taken the alone time I need to pursue my favorite hobby. The last few weeks I have shaken the dust off my camera, and started again. I am hoping to get some critique, some guidance, and as much patience as can be afforded.

I am a hobbyist, not a professional, and I have no desire to become a professional. That does not mean I shouldn't aspire to produce quality work for my own pleasure! I hope I have made the right choice by landing here, and hope that I can learn, and grow with all of you. I also hope that with time, and your patience with me, I can become a valuable asset to this community!
