Shoot for a Cause

Hi all

Today I have joined a "shoot for a cause". You join by paying about 30$ then you will have the chance to shoot in studio about three models. All the money collected will go help the people in Philipines that are suffering from the typhoon.

They had only two continious lights with two small shoot through umbrella. I really strugled with managing the lights, especially that there are other photographers waiting behind me. So I didn't shoot alot in the studio setup. When the models were done I asked them to stand on the window behind the backdrop (to work as a reflector). One model wanted a photo of her smiling as they think she doesn't have a goodone smiling (she loved mine) the other wanted to be using the phone! for a forum she is in.. Below are the photos

I like the first one....not the second image (too over don and looks tourist) now if you clone out that black window flashing with the wall on the right I think it will improve even more.

Thank you for the comment.. But what is looks tourist? Excuse my ignorance but I didn't understand what it means I agree about the black line, it is distracting, but I thought it would look unatural to remove it, but with making it lighter like light grey it will improve it. Thank you for noting that
