Shutter speed

I think for UFO's a 1/60th shutter speed is about right. Looking back at the history of UFO shots they all seem to have that blur effect.
 
When I first saw it it reminded me of the first microseconds of a thermonuclear explosion. lol

it reminded me of a weird deep ocean fish
but the first microseconds of a thermonuclear explosion was a close second in my mind LOL

I think you already know the answer - rapatronic as you probably read on this page (with the accompanying photos you posted possibly from that site).
