No HSM motor or OS?!?!? What a POS. :mrgreen: Hopefully the optics are tad better than their other lenses. One should hope so since it is bound to be over $10K. Should include a custom tripod head at least. Might have problems checking it in as carry-on though.

Not a piratical piece unless mounted to tracked vehicle. I would recommend a M1A1.

I'd love to see the faces on the people at the security check at the airport, like "Umm, I swear, it's a lens for a camera, not a scud missile launcher", lol.
