well last weekend i went and had my first dedicated photoshoot of my cousin and friend skateboarding. here is a few of the better ones. most of it was shot in auto or shutter priority. let me know what you think

They are pretty good, the second is by far the best.
 
With skate photos, you want to get a wide angle to overemphasize the size of the tricks. If you notice in the magazines, they shoot from low angles and usually very close to the skater. Your patched sequence is done nicely, but you didn't catch him doing anything. Get the whole manual next time, not the drop. I like pic 1 the best but his pants blend with the door behind him, and get rid of the videographer and the junk on the bench. You will probably have to take a risk getting more in the action but you will get some great shots that way. All in all, pretty good shots though.
